This amazing rug is appraised at $4000. The purchase price was $8000. Appraisal papers are available. The rug features rich colors, wool and silk, and is in mint condition. The asking price is $1500. Bidding will take place starting at $500 to close on Sunday. If  the purchase price is not met, the highest bidder will receive the rug with the approval of the owner.
Yamaha Spinet Piano: This older piano is in excellent condition and is being offered at $950.
