Our goal is to offer collectors reasonable prices while keeping the needs of the
family we work for in mind.
The Judith Sans Estate Sale is open to the public and offers a variety
of unique antiques, fine furnishings, fine china, oil paintings, incredible lighting
and outdoor sculptures. The sale also offers a large selection of vintage clothing,
Red Carpet Dresses, hats, hair pins, purses, scarves, perfume, furs and costume jewelry.
There is a small children's section that includes hand made clothing and blankets,
doll houses and a large assortment of doll house furniture. There is truly way to much
to list, even the garage is full!
On
behalf of the family, neighbors and the staff of Iko Iko Inc., we ask for your patience
as we are allowing just 25 - 35 people in at a time due to the large amount of breakable
wares.
- Because of the furnishings and breakable nature
of so many items we request that no children be allowed in the home.
- Please do not
park on the cul-de-sac to allow loading for others.
- Once purchased, items may
be held untill Tuesday to allow for pick up.
- Customers are responsible for loading
and transporting.
- All items are as is and non-refundable.
- We are extending this
sale to include Thursday from 11a.m. - 3p.m.
- The address will be posted to the website the day the sale starts.
